My name is Lee Smith and in my spare time I volunteer and work on the committee of the Pinfold Pumas.

​

We are a club based in Cudworth, Barnsley. Pinfold Pumas is a well established community grassroots football Club with 16 teams in total. We have 13 boys teams, 2 girls teams and 1 disability team. 

 

We play in the Barnsley, Sheffield and West Riding Leagues and have approximately 200 players. We are highly respected in our local community. 

 

I am a coach for one of our U9's and U11's teams. 

 

I am also responsible for the main fundraising for the Club and running the social media accounts including this new website.

 

I am in position to tell you about several opportunities where we are looking for financial support if any would be of interest. Opportunities that should see a return for value and a return on investment (ROI) in the form of increased brand exposure for gain the edge. This includes areas where financial support or partnerships would be beneficial for us and you the sponsor .These benefits may include exposure and visibility, brand recognition, and community engagement. 

 

I can offer you the exciting opportunity to be the main sponsor of our website and social media. Your logo would be in a prominent position on the website and the cover photo to our social media accounts. Sponsors' logos can also be included in match reports. We are currently offering a donation for these rights.

 

We can offer Logo placement on team kits, training kits, and our football pitches near to a main road. We can also offer sponsorship of our Community involvement and events. As a grass roots team we are committed to our community and community engagement. We run several grassroots initiatives including the recent Tea in the park gala in Cudworth. We could offer this sponsorship for the joint purchase of  branded gazebos to take to these events and our national tournaments.

The aims, objectives and activities of Pinfold Pumas JFC

Aims:
1. To provide opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to play football.
2. To promote physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.
3. To foster a sense of community and social interaction.
4. To develop individual and team skills and attributes.
5. To create a pathway for players to progress to higher levels of competition.

Objectives:
1. To ensure the safety and welfare of all players, coaches and other stakeholders.
2. To promote fair play, respect and sportsmanship.
3. To develop the technical, tactical, physical and mental aspects of the game.
4. To create a positive and competitive environment where players can learn and grow.
5. To engage with the wider community and promote the benefits of football.

Activities:
1. Organising regular training sessions and matches, including friendlies and competitive fixtures.
2. Developing coaching strategies and plans to improve individual and team performance.
3. Providing support and guidance for players, coaches and parents.
4. Managing finances and fundraising to support the team's needs.
5. Engaging with local communities and organizations to promote the team and the sport.

 

The reason your sponsorship will help us in several ways.

Firstly, it will help us to address issues of social exclusion by providing access to sports equipment for
those who may not be able to afford it. This will help us to promote equal opportunities and more
participation in sports, which can have significant positive impacts on health and well-being. The
areas we cover are ranked near the top of the most deprived in the UK.

together to engage in a shared activity. Looking the part and feeling the part. Looking like a team.

and professional. This will help us to attract more players and volunteers, and ultimately help to
build a sustainable and successful community sports program.
